Pilates is all about reconnecting the body and mind to help create a deeper understanding our individual movement needs. Regular Pilates can help you to find your balance and renewed sense of body and mind connection while also improving strength and mobility.
In this new beginner course you will learn about the principles of the Pilates Method focussing on breathing, posture and alignment, core control and mobility through the spine and trunk. You will gain awareness about your movement patterns and connect more deeply with your own body. A skill that will help you take back control over your movement in your day-to-day life and improve posture and alignment outside of class.
