Pilates Mat Group Classes

We offer Pilates on the Mat in small groups to up to 8 participants. These classes run on a term basis and term passe must be purchased before the start of each term. Unfortunately, I am unable to offer casual payment options. These group classes are following a choreographed sequence of exercises where we move the whole body and through all planes of movement. You need to be able to move without pain (but you will feel your muscles working). These classes are not for you if you are

  • currently in acute pain or recovering from an injury

  • looking for rehabilitation form surgery or injury

  • over 65 years of age

  • have severe movement limitations that require significant exercise modifications

  • looking for individual training options (please see Studio Pilates options)


If you are unsure, please contact us before booking or talk to your Doctor or Physiotherapist. If you are new to the Studio you will be asked to complete a pre-exercise questionnaire and release form before your first session.

    This course is for first-timers, beginners and everyone wanting to reconnect to the Principles of Pilates (age 16-65). Pilates exercises can be complex and confusing: breathing, coordination, alignment, control. This course breaks it down for you and teaches you how to move the Pilates way.
