These Classes are combining Pilates principles like Alignment, Breathing and Core Control with Balance training and strength building. We will use resistance bands and hand weights for part of the classes.

About the event
Women in Midlife are facing many physical and mental challenges, and it can feel overwhelming. But here is the thing, waiting until it’s over and we feel young again is not going to work because, well, Peri-Menopause and all that it brings.
Instead, I’d like to see time an opportunity to review our priorities and take better care of ourselves. Along with a healthy diet and regulating hormones, exercise is one of the important pillars that can set us up for a better, healthy future. The right mix of exercise helps to maintain healthy bones, improving balance, mobility and general strength. We need all of these to stay resilient, independent and capable well into our retirement years.
I am passionate about this topic as it is very much my reality. I know that exercise is what helps me every single time even if I have to drag myself…
