About the event

This retreat is about resetting your body and mind after the busiest time of the year. It will run over 3 weeks in January 2026 (between 12 January - 31 January) and includes 3 live online movement sessions (via zoom) as well as access to the recordings for a continued practice throughout the week. You will also get access to additional shorter and themed exercise routines per week.  


What to Expect Each Week

A short, gentle morning routine to ease into the day (recording)

A mindful, full-body Pilates flow class (live online + recording)

One evening stretch and unwind session (recording)


All sessions are designed to ease tension, reconnect with your body, find alignment and grounding to support your nervous system. These is not the sweat and push hard kind of exercise routines, but you will be challenged to work into areas of tightness and tension to release and…
